Q. What do I need to do if I would like to reserve the Multipurpose Room for my organization?

Answer

In order to reserve a room for a student organization, you must first submit an activity permit via TexanSync.

Reservations for library meeting rooms should be made by contacting Mr. Jacob Martin, User Services Assistant at jsmartin@tarleton.edu or call (254) 968-1896 after submitting the activity permit.

A contact name, email address, phone number, group name, number of people attending and specific dates and times are required when making a reservation.

Room 104 has seating for up to 46 with tables, 70 without tables. The group minimum to reserve the Multipurpose Room is 8 people.
