The Grassburrs are available online through the Portal to Texas History. Click on the following link to access digitized Grassburrs ranging in date from 1916 through 2015: https://texashistory.unt.edu/explore/partners/TSU/browse/?fq=str_title_serial%3AGrassburr 

We also have the print versions available in our Special Collections suite and Curriculum Collection on the lower level of the Dick Smith Library (the Stephenville campus library). The Grassburrs located in the Special Collections suite can not be checked out but the majority of the Grassburrs in the Curriculum Collection can be checked out. In addition, we have print versions from 2011-2015 located at the Texan Hall Library on the Fort Worth campus.
